After traveling to Durango I found a screw in my tire. I took it to J/P and they determined it didn't go all the way through. They removed the spare and remounted the tire at no charge! It's nice to get such good service when you're from out-of-town.
This was such a good experience! Our brakes were hot and shaking on the way down the mountain pass so we took the car into J/P tire in durango. J/P tire got us right in and did a brake check. They were honest and educational, you could really tell they want to make sure there are safe cars on the road!
I got two new front tires, one at time. Alignment after second purchase first tire I had to crank spare down for them. They put tire on tread backwards. Second tire, @ alignment they told me 1.5 hrs most. Over 3 hrs. Later and and a few other customers come and gone, he comes up to me saying alignment was off due to old front in parts. He had a 400$ estimate printed for me. What he did not know was the paperwork in glove box 600$ in front in work. Chevy dealer, Indiana. I'll go down the block and have the competition turn the first tire around and recheck alignment.
