Never had a issue with his price, service, or attitude. I like bringing my cars to him and so will you.
Customer service prior to this was equally,lacking. Felt,like a bother at,every point of contact.
Fred is honest, straightforward, runs an excellent shop, no BS.
They were very very nice and quick to get us in and help us. We were in and out in about an hour. Very curtious. Very helpful. Did and excellent job fixing our vehicle too. Recommend! (:
Dont get me wrong, these guys know what they are talking about. I would trust them with my vehicle, but the lack of customer service makes , me not want to.
But at the end of the day, they did follow through with their promise of being affordable as they didnt charge,me,for this but i felt as though they never wanted my business.
Car needed a heater hose and flange - tired to tell me a blown head gasket and better just to replace the engine. Went there a few other times and the outcome was really weak. I would not even let them replace parts let alone be my mechanic.
For at least the last 13 years I've done business with Fred and the gang at Affordable Auto and I always got a fair shake, competence and quality work done in a convenient timeframe. One of the better run businesses in the area!
I came in for an alignment. I made an error when i worked on my vehicle so my wheel came loose when i brought it there. Thats my bad. There were some other things wrong with it so they wouldnt align it. Its been aligned before with those errorsin itbut i cantfault these guys pfornot wanting to align it . but i asked the mechanic if he would tighten the wheel for me after i described to him exactpy what made it go loose. He said he couldnt do it until,monday because he didbt have the time. I went out and tightened the wheel myself in the parking lot while the mechanic was eating a sandwich. Took about 15 minutes to do.
