I was passing through Durango when I had fuel pump failure. They were very knowledgeable about my car, they treated me like I knew something about it, and fit it into their busy schedule. I have had my car in many shops around the country. This is the best experience I have had so far. I plan to stay around town another week to have them work on another issue.
I was getting ready to go out of town and a check engine light came on. I was scared to drive the 6 hours without having it checked and they were nice enough to squeeze me in and check it for me before me getting on the road. Saved me a lot of headache. They were up front and told me there was nothing major and didn't try to milk me for a large service bill!
since changing owners, a marked drop in customer service. i had my brakes fixed there on VW and they still squeak. i will never go back.
