Excellent service and a super price.
I came in today to get my oil changed and front end inspection. I was met with incredible customer service by the entire staff. They completed the work on my car in a timely manner and when I checked out they even knocked down the price of the inspection I was quoted when I arrived. I will definitely return to Four States and I highly recommend them!
I showed up at 7:30 and was outta there by 8. They said it was policy to retorque after 25 miles, so stop back later in the day. When I came back later they were very busy and one of the managers did it!
These guys were awesome! I had a wheel bearing go out on my 2001 Ford Excursion while on vacation in the Durango area and they took great care of me and the truck. I was back on the road in just under 2 hours with no appointment! By the way, the facility was clean and the guys were all very nice. I even enjoyed visiting with a couple of other customers while we were there. Thanks again!
While leveling at the Durango campground I discovered that my RV had a flat rear tire. AAA was of no help. I found that Four States provides mobile service. Everyone I spoke with at Four States was pleasant and helpful. Jesse, the service truck operator agreed to come to the campground while I was away riding the train with relatives. He texted me that my tire was repaired and I didn't need a new tire. I really appreciate his honesty. It would have been very easy to sell me a new tire because I wasn't there to observe. Four States is great. I highly recommend them.
I made an appointment early in the morning. Came back at the time of my appointment and waited an hour and fifteen. They still hadn't even looked at my truck so I took off. Being able to make an appointment is great, if it works. I would have appreciated some communication from them letting me know they were running pretty far behind.
I stopped at 4:45 and asked about a tire rotation. They wanted to do it right away but we had been on the road all day and I asked if first thing in the morning was OK?
