I had my truck in Abara's shop and when it came back there were a few discrepancies. After meeting with the shop manager and discussing the problems I found that they were very receptive and accommodating. After witnessing this level of customer service first hand I feel obligated to give them a 5 star review. Thank you Abra!
I had the rear of my car damaged while parked at a local restaurant. Abra in Duluth was one of the body repair shops recommended to us by our insurance agent. Since the car was still drivable and there were many cars needing repairs after a local storm, we agreed to wait a few weeks to have the work done and agreed to provide me with a loaner car while repairing my car.. When I delivered the car on agreed upon time, they provided me with a decent loaner car, and repaired my car in 2 days. When I picked up my car, the repair was excellent, and my car was cleaned inside and out - nice surprise! All people involved were courteous.I recommend Abra highly based upon my experience.
I would just say the office employees, and management are great. They did everything they could to get to get me the proper replacement glass, Even when the Dealer Could But wouldn't. I am greatly Thankful for how they did everything within their power to ensure Satisfaction.
