One of the few places I worked at and can still eat at. I promise behind the scenes is kept comfortingly clean and sanitary. The staff is usually very friendly, the food has never failed to stand up to what Sonic promises to offer, and if you pay attention to the "deal" times, you really get the best bang for your buck.
If i could i’d have half a star rating I would. That was the most unpleasant sonic run i’ve ever had in my life. So many errors. Not happy
They closed at least an hour an ten minutes earlier than they were supposed to. I worked all night and was really looking forward to a coconut cream pie shake. Got there at 11:50 on Friday only to be informed that they were closed! Lazy.
Had to push the red button multiple times before someone took my order. The women just said "what do you want!" So I ordered and waited for my food. The girl quickly gave me my food and left without saying anything. My order was wrong. Won't be returning.
Came to drive through at 2pm no one was there to take an order for 10 minutes, drove over to a parking spot, got my order taken but sat there another 15-20 minutes. And you know what I ordered, one small shake. Not going to say it's always terrible but this time it definitely was terrible. Not the definition of FAST food.
