Fast service. Friendly staff. We were here for the lunch special, so the price was certainly right. And perhaps it was because it was priced for the lunch special, but I was pretty bummed about the fried rice. I'm pretty certain it was just steamed rice with soy sauce. My entree was good, and I enjoyed the egg roll and wonton.
As others mentioned in their reviews May, the owner, was delightful. The service was quick and the food was very good.
On the other hand, the staff is very attentive and friendly, and the fortune cookies are delicious. Says "Peking noodle co." On the fortune paper. I guess its not your standard cheapest cardboard fortune cookie.
I've been here twice, the first time I ordered cashew chicken and my girlfriend ordered sesame chicken I think. They both looked the same, and tasted flat and dry as cardboard. That was the first time we've actually walked out of a restaurant because of the food being so bad. The second time redeemed them a little bit, I got the BBQ pork chow mein and she got chicken fried rice. Both were pretty bland, and the fried rice had raw vegetables in it, but at leaat it was edible.
Great place! Food comes out very quickly!
Delicious food and great service. Veggies were cooked perfectly with a nice little crunch! We'll definitely come again next time we're in town.
