The Best Mexican food around. Burritos are the best and they even use tortillas from scratch. I stop in here about once a week!
The Macho's on Florida is always great, and I enjoy the employees, food, and atmosphere... but that being said, I have had my last unsatisfactory experience at the south location; I will never go there again. I ordered a CHEESE QUESADILLA. The simplest item you can possibly make, and they have somehow managed to screw it up every time I have ordered it. This last time was the worst. They put a DASH of cheese (and if you cook or bake, I'm not exaggerating when I say a DASH) in one tiny area and folded a tortilla over it without even cooking or melting that pathetic excuse for a quesadilla. I ordered takeout or I would have asked for another one. I have had to ask for a replacement for my food there before, (because they clearly do not give a hoot about the quality here and have served poorly thrown together and unappetizing dishes) and the cashier is always polite and gets me a replacement with no charge. I have lost faith in the cooks at this location of Machos due to their repeated example of lack of skill and care. Again, I have never had a bad experience at the north location which is why I continued to try the south, as it is closer, but I will NEVER go there again.
Nice atmosphere...very flavorful food
Breakfast burritos are pretty good, #1 is a staple tried the machaca and it was good too. Ask for the green salsa inside
