I work for another insurance agency and had to call this agency to file a claim for one of our clients, who had been hit by one of their clients. After leaving 3 messages and never recieving a phone call back, I FINALLY was able to speak to someone about the incident, who was less than cooperative and apparently had no contact info for their client. After spending a few minutes trying to make progress, I was VERY RUDELY told "I don't have time for this." and heard the woman exclaim, "What a b**ch!" before being hung up on.
