Had my Triumph Thruxton towed to this shop due to a flat tire hoping they would be able to help. They rudely let me know that they don't work on Triumphs and told me to "get that outta here". I understand that they can't work on some bikes but the way they went about it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
New owners are amazing! The crew there is also great, they are very helpful an polite.
Great selection of motorcycle parts, accessories, and apparel. Staff is helpful and nice. It's under new ownership and i anticipate this dealership will be better than ever. This dealership is also on the route of the million dollar hwy/San Juan Skyway. Definitely a worthwhile stop on your journey.
Absolutely great service! My water pump went out on my Road Glide Ultra 2016. Before the dealership opened I had a service tech look at my bike and they got me in right away. They had my entire bike finished with in half an hour and one of the friendliest places I've been. The motor clothes store was also really nice lots of stuff to buy.
