The WORST State Farm office I have ever worked with! They are completely unprofessional and unresponsive! I have a vacation property in Durango, and I would never recommend them for anything! I hate leaving bad reviews, but I am BEYOND frustrated with the Chris Latshaw team! No on in the office seems to care or know whats going on? They really give State Farm a bad name. I just cancelled my Home Owner's insurance with them.
I've been with State Farm in one perspective or another since 1986. I've always received the best of service from State Farm. Recently I had my truck totaled due to a Mother Nature event. Chris Latshaw and his staff helped me get through the claims process expeditiously, into a temporary rental car, and back on the road with a new vehicle in a very short amount of time; all of this during the Christmas holiday season. In addition Chris and his staff have provided me with additional resources in the local community such as tax accountants and lawyers for living wills. Chris and his team go above and beyond for their clients. They treat their clients like family.
