Terrible customer service hope and pray nothing goes wrong with the things they install your home they'll refuse to look at it
Our service repair guy was Marty and he was outstanding. Really knew his stuff and was a pleasure to talk to. Hope Marty is still around next time we need AC help! Thanks, again, Marty.
The first appointment was two weeks away and I was ok with this. The service man showed up on time, discovered that the drain lines had not been connected and the system had been wired backwards. It also did not have a full charge of freon. He was there for about four hours and was helping other company service providers fix their problems for about one of those hours. I was invoiced for only three hours, had a great experience with the repair man and my system works flawlessly.
The entire experience from the first call to the finished job was was the type I would like to receive from other companies I deal with, but do not get.
Not quite sure what upset other people, but I had a great experience with this company.
I had a split system installed by an "authorized installer". When I went to use it, water ran down the walls and it didn't cool. The "installer" got sick and quit his business. I found Garrhs on the internet.
Talked to a very belligerent front desk person who was completely unreasonable. I ended up hanging up after trying to give them business....ugh!
I called to have them come service our swamp cooler and was told they cannot do the work for me and given private account information of the property owner and when i asked if they know of anybody else that could help me was told to "just search around"! you can better believe I won't be using these guys ever!!! i only gave them 1 star because i had to to post!
