NO follow up after a temporary fix that could of cost us drilling a new well. I would talk to him and he would reassure me that he would get right on the problem. That happened 4 times with not a word from him. This went on for 6 months. Finally he would not return calls and completely abandoned the problem with no explanation. Winter came so no work could be completed until Spring. He did not have the courtesy to let us know that he was not going to finish what he started. His prices were exorbitant and you always felt uncomfortable with his diagnosis of your problems. This company should not be in business and have his license revoked . Let the buyer beware.
