Sonny is a nice enough guy, but if I hadn't been on the job to check their work I don't think half of the duct-work would have been sealed and when asked why some other parts weren't sealed I was told it wasn't important? Our finished floor upstairs had giant scratches on them after they came to install the heating unit. One register barely puts out any hot air. Was told when they installed our system that they would balance the system, but that never happened and upstairs is almost always way too hot while downstairs is usually too cold. All in all, very disappointed and would not use this company again.
