I deducted $300 from his invoice of $1366 to account for my additional installation expense, inconvenience and delays. Yet he continues to refuse to acknowledge his errors and is hounding me for payment.
I hired this company to provide cabinets for a small kitchenette in a basement apartment in my house. The owner, Tim, measured incorrectly. The door to the room would not close had we installed the cabinets without modifying their size. He did come by and a month later replaced one of the cabinets with a smaller one. Subsequently the counter top he provided was also too large.
I urge you to consider some other cabinet maker who backs their work with integrity when that is called for. Tim does not.
