Lived there in a motorhome for over a year. Somewhat rundown mobile home park in a beautiful setting - right next to Lightner Creek. Only 1/4 mile from the national forrest and about 5 min from downtown Durango. They have 6 or more spaces for RV's and the rest is mobile homes. Probably the most reasonable rv space rent in the Durango area if you want to stay for the season. No wifi but each lot has phone line connections so you can get your internet that way. Most people here have satellite tv. Worth taking a look.
Lighter Creek is a horrible place. My family and I were treated so bad. I will NEVER go again.
Manager will violate lease agreement.and has a cocky law breaking husband who likes to butt in. Will rip you off money if they owe you. Not good busines practice.
