RIP/OFF RE/MAX BEWARE SELLERS!! There is a scam between RIP/OFF RE/MAX and the just as shady Wells Group. Selling my 3 acres of land NO STRUCTURE just a piece of land I was lied to and scammed that the SELLER has to pay the commission for the BUYERS agent as well in the state of Colorado! This is an absolute LIE it is not Mandatory do not believe these crooked greedy agents. I paid 8% percent commission when it should have been 4% and agreed to seller finance but my incompetent agent had us paying for the Attorney fees to draw up the contract and an escrow split that is half if not all the Buyers costs when your Seller Financing. Your welcome buyers agent at Wells Group for paying your ridiculous commission... I have some yard work you can do since you never worked for me and I owed you nothing for your services. I hope no one else falls for RIP/OFF RE/MAX or Wells Group after reading this testimonial. DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES only pay for your agent and not 8% and get ripped off like me.
