I have had a wonderful experience with The Property Manager. They have been friendly and professional whenever I have had an issue, and have dealt with all problems promptly and efficiently.
The place I rented was an excellent value for the location.
The woman who runs the office is a crook. They will scam you out of a ridiculously expensive app fee and won't call. They also we're very rude and changed the price based on the fact it could mean more money for them. Very unethical and definitely don't do the property owners any good either.
Very nice ladies here. Not sure why there are negative reviews like the ones below, but they are very quick to get back to you and kind when talking to them.
I had a great experience renting from this company. Any time I had a problem with the property, they responded quickly. Someone was either at the apartment that day or was scheduled to come out asap. If I'm ever in Durango again and need a place I would rent from them again.
