We have always enjoyed the quality and selection of furniture and accessories at Willis. But what makes shopping at Willis a five star experience is the personal customer service. And of course, getting your purchases delivered with a smile couldn't be better. The two young delivery men, Cory and Jesse took great care and made sure all was in order with our purchase. Tucker Fincher is always congenial and pleasant to deal with at the store. He has helped in many ways in the furnishing of my Pagosa Springs home. Jesse and Nathan delivered my Dining Table and Bunk Bed. Two finer gentlemen we haven't met in quite some time. Happy that I decided to take delivery opposed to picking up in Durango.
Could not rate this place higher. Lisa in the store was brilliant. The two guys who delivered our furniture were extremely professional. They are young guys and tried everything to get our newer couch into our older home with narrow doors. They called their boss down to help and it still wouldn't fit. They took it back to the store and arranged for the store to return it. We chose a smaller couch and still have store credit from the difference. Overall we were so happy with everyone we dealt with. We even offered the delivery guys jobs with us!
