I was very pleased with the service I received buying the electric recliner from Ashley Home Store in Durango this week. The sales man Jeff Cordell, who I now consider a friend, went out of his way to get me the chair that we needed in order to sleep after having lung surgery. We couldn't wait the two weeks it was going to take to have one sent and understanding that Jeff arranged for me to take the floor model. The chair is super comfortable and has made recovery and sleep so much easier from the very first night. We had bought couches not to long ago from the same store and have been quit pleased with them. I just want to thank Jeff and Ashley Home Store for making a difficult time easier.
I could not have asked for better service both in store (with Amy) and delivery (Jesse & Nathan). They were helpful in store but not overly so. And the young men who delivered the furniture and beds were so polite. They worked quickly and carefully. This was the single-most best experience buying furniture we have ever had. My husband was very pleased and that says everything.
Great staff. Joy was very helpful from the sales floor. The couch took a minute to get here but once it arrived, we were very satisfied. Delivery team was great and very helpful. They didn't rush us to sign paperwork. They made sure that we liked everything first. Overall, this was a great experience. Be sure and price match to their online store. They are quick to adjust to that price.
We had a great experience with Ashley, as usual. Jesse and Nathan were professional, friendly, and fun when they delivered our furniture. It was pouring snow, but they were all smiles. They showed great concern about making sure our walls didn't get damaged as they brought furniture in. I would love to have them back to deliver our next purchase! Good job, guys!
I LOVE the bed I bought! Jesse and Nathan delivered it and they were great! They took their time and made sure the job was done right. When my elderly neighbor wanted the cardboard the bed came in they were kind and helpful towards her also! Super please with my experience.
