I don't understand the low rating from another customer. We had the opposite experience when we ordered two Lazyboy sofas. They arrived near to schedule, but not in time for houseguests who were arriving. Instead, Northpoint sent out two comparable sofas so that everyone could relax comfortably. The delivery fellows were terrific, too. I don't think you can ask better service of any retailer.
