Good customer service. They don't over charge unlike so many other computer repair shops. I've referred PC Clinic to a few friends as well and they were happy with the service. I'd use them again in a heart beat.

Not only did they scan and clean up my laptop. I was guided on the "how to" clean it up weekly. Julie offered a scanning photo deal, based off a exciting upcoming move I was discussing. Don't even think they offer this service. That is ABOVE and BEYOND the call of computer fixing. I couldn't pass up on the offer since I was liquidating photo albums. Now 45 years of photos are on a tiny terabyte(?) storage device. Great Service and super friendly folks. Thanks Greg and Julie (Kevin, too) for everything!
When faced with purchasing a new computer( something I know very little about) after looking and pricing online, I called Greg because he had solved some issues on my old computer.
