This place must have changed management. They were good a couple years ago, but my last experience wasn't positive. Check the Yelp reviews. Bottom line is they will quote you a price that isn't right, then not help you when you start paying more for your monthly service. I would go somewhere else. They are very convincing in the store...beware
Daniel is a model of superior customer service, he has always gone above and beyond when I went into this store, I would recommend him by name.
John was very helpful when I needed to replace my lost phone. He was very nice to help me restore apps and info from the cloud since I am not super electronically adept.
BEWARE!!! The promotional credits they promise on certain phones will never show up! They are counting on you forgetting about it since they say it will take a few billing cycles before they show up. When you try to get them to give the credits, they will tell you that was all in your head. Even Verizon won't stand behind them. complete FRAUD!
Nice knowledgeable staff. The only phone service to have around here.
