I discovered them about a year ago when I worried I had been hacked and had viruses. They solved my problem, and have solved several more since. I use my computer a lot so I do run into problems from time to time, and whether they are small or big, they are always there for me. They are just great! I highly recommend them.
We have a mix of Apple and Windows machines and he was equally conversant in both.
Russell did a great job. He was on time, figured out our router/DNS/problem quickly and got us back on the internet. He also explained ow the problem originated so we can hopefully avoid a repeat. The price for the service was very reasonable.

I dropped my laptop. I fully expected to be judged (because dropping your laptop is a pretty stupid thing to do) and for my laptop to be dead forever, but the guys at Computer Nurds didn't so much as smirk, AND they replaced my hard drive, transferred my info from the old hard drive, and all of this on the SAME DAY. And it wasn't that expensive, definitely less than buying another laptop--and believe me, I was shopping Amazon for the cheapest refurbished models before I even brought my laptop in to the Nurds. I won't hesitate to call on the Nurds the next time I drop it!
When my company moved our office across town, Computer Nurds Plus did all the moving of equipment and software. Installation and set-up went very smoothly with no complications. Russell did not leave us alone at that point......follow-ups were made with consistency. That was 4 years ago. Calls and visits have been far & few between, but still a quick call or visit and they have everything under control. Move again???? Heavens, I hope not; but, if it's in the cards to move again.....Computer Nurds will be the one we call. Thank you Russell and Anthony
