Hate it when an office tells you to call back during normal business hours, and there's no message about when their normal business hours are. I've been calling between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, M - F.
Ridiculous. They requested a 10:30 check in for my 11 an appointment. By the time 12 noon rolled around I was Still waiting. So I left, after driving for an hour I'm the snow to make the appointment in the first place. Lame.
Catherine Willner is NOT a good Doctor !! She is a Crook, her staff is rude and she is worse ! I was seeing her for quite some time before she moved her office and LOST my medical records !! Then, when I needed them for a disability claim, she had the nerve to claim I owed her money and refused to give them until I payed her $3,000.00 dollars ! I did not owe anything at all... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience ! I contacted an attorney, and found out later from a person who helped her move that she had lost MANY medical records. I don't know how she is still in business at all. .
