This place is GORGEOUS!! Nice camp sites and the babbling stream is perfect. It would get 5 stars, but the fire rings SUCK and severely cut down the amount of heat generated by your fire. When we were there, the temps dropped into the teens. We could have used the extra heat.
Beautiful, large campsites. Can be a little buggy. Bring your bug spray!

Very cool place. Trails are amazing. If you want to be enveloped by mountains and incredible views this is a great place to be. Certainly one of my family's favorite camping spots. Of course, having a moose walk through your campsite kind of spoils you and ruins every other campsite in comparison. :) A bit on the primitive side without showers but most services can be found in nearby Silverton.
amazing campground nice host as well. so many waterfalls and ice lake trail head. drove 7 hours and would do it again. passed threw the million dollar highway amazing.
