Nice location by the river. Lots of shade and nice amenities. They even pick up your trash. RV spots are pretty tight together. Very dusty grounds. Would be nice if they added different ground cover to reduce dirt. (Grass, crushed granite, etc)
Nice family place great views cabins right next to the river movies for the kids I loved that! Store in the same area. Ice cream shop for the kids also pool area best weekend ever!!
Very disorganized. Gave misinformation and wouldn't give full vets discount as promised. Every review I read came back with you blaming/defending the guest. You may need to train your people to be able to make decisions without always saying the manager won't be here til later this week and I can't change anything.
We absolutely loved this place! A hidden gem that we will continue to come back to for years. Breathtaking scenery all around. The amenities were wonderful, the staff was great, and the grounds were beautiful. Movie nights were enjoyable and the ice cream shop added that special touch. We cannot wait to return! Thank you!
Used to enjoy this location but our recent stay was unwelcoming. Groundsman was outright rude to my family with parking accomod. and while we were taking a walk to nearby trails. Even threatened to have our vehicle towed while it was temporarily parked at our RV spot. He needs to know how to better engage with customers instead of being feisty. We raised issued with front desk and said would address it to mgt and personnel. Would not recommend for large family gatherings.
