Front office will lie to you saying certain things are required by "law" in order to get you to spend more money than neccisary for simple proceeding.
Kirsten is an amazing person and get. She has been our vet for over seven years. My dogs love her and assistant. I've seen tears on a few occasions with me, just proves to me she cares.
