these people are great. the first time I went in I met the owner John and he explained a lot to me and made me feel very welcome. I had only gone snowboarding a couple times with my buddy and I was thinking of buying my own board. John wasn't trying to "sell" me anything, just giving me the information I was looking for and the information I didn't even know I needed yet. I knew I was buying a board soon so I asked him to recommend something based on our conversation and I have to say he picked the perfect board. thanks John, I'll be back whenever I need anything. next year we'll order a custom Lib Tech for me if they're still doing that
