The staff is super-friendly, very talented and take the time to really ensure you get the best frame that will fit will with the art and that you are happy. Love this place. Had 1 picture done and when I picked it up, I brought 6 more in to be framed!
Such a wonderful place, I always feel welcome and they are so helpful. Great little gem to have as an artist in a small town where you have to order nearly everything online, or drive out of town to find something you are looking for.
I believe you have missed your calling, you'd make a great politician with your ease of stretching the truth and failing to check the facts...to accuse me of walking out without paying was the last straw, check your records, my account was paid in full previous to the last visit I paid your store to retrieve my art--- the piece your team so tragically screwed up by covering up the signature line with no way to recover - I stand by my review.
If you value your art I recommend going elsewhere. They don't follow instructions, try to cover up their mistakes, want to sell you more stuff to "fix" their screw up, charge you for the mess, all without an apology. I'm sick from my experience. In response to the owner's reply to my review:

Awesome store - the selection may be small, but it's all quality. If there's anything you need that they don't carry, they're amazingly nice with special orders. And if you're lucky enough to be there when the owner's in, don't be surprised to find him right there with a smile, easy friendly conversation, and a general way of making you feel like you're a valuable person in his store ... even when you're broke and have come in for that one prismacolor stick you've been dying to replace.
