Inconveniently short hours and no way to reach the center directly adds up to a recipe for disaster. Plan carefully if you want to pick up a package there.
Absolutely categorically the very WORST customer service when calling the "ups" store in durango co....... apparently it's ok to ball out your customer like a three yr old.....
Terrible service all around most of my packages were all at least 2-3 days late and would leave my packages 12 feet in the air on my gate worst service I've ever had to deal with
(pictures on the outside of box) and I have a very big baby bump (because I'm 8.5 months) and he loaded my package in the jeep for me! Very kind of him
Have asked the drivers REPEATEDLY to not set the boxes on the countertop. Now I have scratches that have to be buffed out. AGAIN.
