The pictures were beautiful, however the service was bad. We waited for hours to get a picture with Santa & my grandson. We didn't mind the wait, but the printers broke and we couldn't purchase our pictures. We were told by Jordan Boudreaux that he would e-mail me the pix at no charge in the next couple days. This was 2 weeks ago. I've left several messages but have never received a call back. I'll gladly pay for the pictures. The point I'm trying to make is people need to follow through with what they say they'll do & stop making empty promises.
