Helpful doc hands and office staff
Absolutely horrible! My wife ordered a chicken coop. It arrived at RAC and they called to say it was there and they would be delivering it that day. It never came and 3 weeks went by. My wife called them and Ian said he would deliver it that day and apologies they have been one driver down so it was delayed (for THREE WEEKS?!). It is now 3 days later and my wife called again and they said they cant find it, it must have been mis-delivered and that I need to call the company I ordered from and RE-ORDER IT. My chickens are now living in our guest room almost fully grown. I would STRONGLY suggest you use a different company. They don't even deserve one star.
I have a business that RAC delivers LOT of freight to. They are great.
They refuse to deliever. What kind of deliver and transport company doesn't deliever?!
This company was used for a freight delivery that I purchased through Home Depot. I had ordered it with curbside delivery. The driver shows up and the first thing he says was "how are you going to get this out of the truck?" He said the pallet didn't fit on the lift gate and that they just loaded with from the loading dock. I don't know why he didn't think about that before he arrived to my house. He drove away with my purchase because as a person in a residential neighborhood, I obviously didn't have a loading dock and/or forklift at my house.
