This is the worst costumer service I've ever had! These people really don't deserve your business. i rented a climate controlled unit from these monsters for 80$ a month thinking that my things would be even more protected by the harsh Colorado elements. WRONG I went to move all of my things out of my unit only to find every thing that was on the floor of the unit to be covered in mold. 800$ of stuff dumped in the trash can. clearly water had seeped in through the sides of the walls or from the top. everything was ruined and had to be thrown out. when i talked to the owners they told me they were not liable for anything. They told me they would call when i asked to talk to the other owner and didn't. they avoided me every way that they could and were extremely rude and unhelpful in every way. please don't give your business to these people, there are much better storage place in town.
Jason was super helpful when I needed a storage unit at the very last minute. Even though I was in another state and trying to coordinate long distance. So understanding while I was trying to juggle all the details. I would highly recommend this business.
Armadillo Storage is close to town and I had a great experience working with the owner. He was extremely accommodating and even opened after-hours when I arrived late. I recommend this business.
The owner went out of their way to help me get into the gated storage when he was at home with his family. I had all of my belongings with me and no where else to go. I will always use them if I can afford it! Good people not monsters.
I had a storage unit for a brief period of time with the folks at Armadillo Storage Co. We were going through a quick move and needed a storage unit pronto, even on a Saturday, and they had it. Sweet, we were very excited and we were set. They require a 10 day written notice before the lease ends to give proper notification of termination. No problem, had that taken care of a few days after the signing of the lease via e-mail. Well here is where it gets sticky. We moved out of the area, and had all of our mail forwarded to our new address. I thought that it would take a few moments for things to settle down so to speak for them to get the deposit back. Waiting, and still waiting, no deposit. I called and left a message about 15 days after the lease had terminated explaining what my situation was, and that we had not received our deposit back yet. No response. Two days after that, left another message explaining my situation, etc., nothing. The next day I sent an e-mail explaining my situation, and same, same, nothing. It is now almost a month and a half after the fact and finally I was able to speak to a human, but I'm getting the run around. It in the long run, has not been worth my trouble and or time to baby sit these guys! Horrible customer service!
