Attendant seemed a bit prude, asked about one of the quarter machines but by given rude answer instead, and over priced for basic washing machines. I dought I will return.
Would not recommend. I travel the country out of my car, and this is the most I've paid for laundry and the worst job I've received. Did not clean clothes. Very unsatisfied.
Comes up under Dry Cleaners... it is not. I walked in and asked if they dry cleaned and was told that they don't "dry clean" but are very capable of handling "dry clean only" items and pointed to the back shelf saying that the majority of the large blankets where in fact dry clean only. Upon returning to pick up my blanket it was indeed destroyed from the drying process. I asked to speak to the manager, but found that although she felt remorse, her hands were tied and was told that I would receive a call the following day from the owner. The owner, Lynn, did not call until I called back to speak to someone. Upon speaking to her she said that the blanket was perfectly fine. When I offered to bring in a sample of what it should look and feel like she said that there was really no point in wasting my time because she simply would not do anything about it. Upon returning the College Plaza Laundry to retrieve my blanket the manager apologized again and said that there was nothing to be done since the owner had told her that "they had the upper hand". Very unprofessional and rude, as well as unknowledgeable about materials and how to handle them. Stay away!
It says its a laundry mat and it delivers on what it says.
