Horrible.. rude front desked acted over worked but I was the only one in the waiting area ... The p.a. needs to listen to her patients more and lose her attitude. I'll be finding a different primary caregiver with a bedside manner .. shame on them

I made an appointment for my boyfriend at 12:45 today. We showed up 5 minutes early and there was a sign on the door saying that they had a staff meeting and would be closed until 1. Why would you schedule an appointment at a time you knew you would be closed? I called this morning to confirm the time of the appointment was 12:45 and I didn't even get a heads up that they were going to be closed til 1. This was super unprofessional.

Not only that, they provide a variety of Axis Health Care Services and resources. It could be called, "THE FRIENDLY-NEIGHBORHOOD-ONE STOP-HEALTH & WELLNESS SHOP!!!
