We have been waiting for a special order storm door for two months!!! The first door arrived broken, so they ordered a second one (okay, stuff happens).... but, we had to pry information from them on the status, there emails were wrong, they won't answer their phone and when they do they put you on hold for a half hour because they have no clue where my door is! I was told twice someone would check and call me back..... never a call back!
The most understocked Home Depot with the most under-motivated employees. It's still slightly better than having no Home Depot at all. Maybe.
Ordered marble tile, after 2 weeks they sold the tile and didn't call. Reordered, I have been waiting 2 weeks and what do you know, no tile yet. Also ordered floor tile which when I went to pick up they had sold. Manager had to go to another store to get. Had to drive back (1 hr) to get. I spend more time calling and going by with no one knowing what is going on
When it did finally arrive (after I called them... 1/2 wait time) we were told to bring the broken door back which we never received and had to argue that point from a very rude clerk who was upset because we didn't arrive early enough (didn't know we had to have an appointment to pickup our door)!
I love coming here. Richard in the paint department is just amazing and its always there to help us!
I could only complain in wishes of a larger selection. Employees seem to be happy working, and are knowlegable about their department. A couple rate founts of knowledge will lend their wisdom, too ... If you ask politely. Overall, a place you might be pleasantly surprised to find "fun".
Drive to Farmington and use Lowes, we are!
