I was buying tools to fix my car when one employee offered to drive me to the auto parts store on his lunch break if I needed anything. I think that in itself speaks to how friendly and genuinely helpful these people are.
I've never dealt with friendlier employees at a store before. Even after dealing with a particularly rude and loud customer, they were still able to help me with a smile.
