We went in without an appointment on a Thursday, nobody was in the store except the girl who was working. She refused to let my sister-in-law try on anything and wouldn't tell her the designer or name of any dresses either so she could look them up somewhere else or at a later date. She was so excited about recently being engaged and this was not the welcome she expected in a bridal store. The associate said they were too busy for the weekend and it was Thursday. There was not a sole in the store. We even offered to help her try on and the associate still said no. I understand we didn't have an appointment, but they weren't busy. Needless to say, we won't go back, with or without and appointment.
We had a wedding in Durango and got the tux's from Occasions and the tux for the groom and the brides father were terrible it did not fit right and the pants would not stay up . The groom was not able to dance most of the night because the pants would fall down. When we returned them they said they were sorry and that they would get back to us I have called and called and they have not done anything to make it right. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I had to do it over again I would have driven to Farmington and rented from a store there.
They we're EXTREMELY helpful with my wedding. Even when I was only buying the under skirt for a family dress they still gave me full attention and helped in every way. I went back to order the men's tuxs and they took care of everything even calling to make sure they got fitted and picked up their tux which was so great to have one less thing to stress over. With my sisters wedding coming up they were very helpful and patient even when the bridal party came in with two toddlers and three babies! We all got to try on and pick the bridesmaid dress with no problems. They help alleviate some of he stress for your wedding day.
I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a formal fitting for any occasion. Donna went above and beyond the expectations that I had. She was able to squeeze me in to look for a wedding dress, listened to my wants and needs and found me the perfect dress. I ordered the dress of my dreams for my wedding! She was fabulous, personable and very professional. Donna is definitely the woman to go to!
