Just went to Coldstones and am so very disappointed. I ordered a Love It cake and shake milkshake. I've had this at numerous other places and it is my favorite on their menu. Unfortunately at this location the milkshake I ordered was exactly that.. MILK. I literally paid $7 for a cup of milk. I'm am highly disappointed and will not be wasting my money there again.
I go to Coldstone pretty often and I've noticed that they do not serve their ice cream equally. My boyfriend and I each got a love it size and mine is always significantly smaller every time. This is very annoying and I think that the scoop size should be the same for EVERY COSTUMER.

8:50pm on a Thursday (St Patrick's day) and they wouldn't serve us. They don't close for another 10 minutes. If the manager is reading this, I would clarify this with your employees. If you're open until 9. You serve customers until 9. Extremely disappointed. Your employees cost your business money and a negative review.
