The female representative was rude and difficult to work with regarding a simple trailer rental. She insisted several times that we had no reservation until she finally found it under other papers. We tried to pay with two different credit cards and she would not believe it was her machine that was faulty. Her ultimatum to us was "cash or no trailer." Getting cash was difficult enough and then being surprised with a deposit she failed to mention only made paying more difficult. I hope this was a one-time experience but I cannot recommend this location.
