These guys are awesome. Had a fitting/shoe breakdown issue within 3 weeks of purchase. Went into the store and explained my situation. My issue was resolved with a new fitting and was out the door with a new pair of shoes at no cost. The staff works to take care of you. I will always support this business. Great selection too.
I've had a great experience buying both trail running shoes and hiking boots on 2 separate occasions. The staff was super helpful and knowledgable. The prices are comparable to other outdoor stores.
Some help would have been nice. Came back twice. First time they were busy. Second time back some how I was over looked over and over. Tried to get some help walked around holding a shoe trying to get some help nothng. Oh well I bet they're cheaper online. Thanks for nothing.
Greeted whenever I come in and have found the best and highest quality shoe and boot here. The high price is worth it unless you want a p.o.s. from Wal-Mart or Payless Shoes, then shop here. Great staff and quality selection and you don't need quantity when there is best quality! Thank you Brown's!
