Lisa was great. She helped me solve some problems I was having with our service. I'm not sure why all the harsh words here. Post offices are not much fun, and there has always been a wait everywhere I've ever been. Durango is no different, so just plan accordingly if you have business to do there. It's a post office, not McDonalds.
Not a great place at all. Rude. One could almost say hostile.... lending definition to the term "postal". Worthless. Always something. Incompetent. Never able to just do their job. More interested in their weak, and petty games than working like a real man. Don't expect anything from this place but garbage. Truly satanic in nature. A shame the requirements on rating call for at least one star, if not I would gone them 0.
Pathetic. Claimed to have delivered packages two days in a row: neither showed up. I tried to call and their line was busy. Tried the 800 number, waited for a return call and when in came I got cut off. Called back and waited over half an hour before I gave up. AVOID. I told Amazon I don't want anything delivered by USPS.
What a worthless piece of flotsam. I have NEVER suffered such derelict mail service in my 66 plus years of life. Our carrier is not to blame, however, someone needs to step up and get our mail delivery sometime reasonable, like before 6 PM. I mean really? Is that asking for to much?
The WORST post office I have ever been too. I agree with previous comment. If I could give negative stars I would. YO was extremely rude. They lost the package work 400$. And shrugged when I asked what our next step should be. I can’t believe this is run by the Government. Avoid by all cost
