I called these guys for 3 days and finally got a response. Then it took 4 more days of cancelling and re-scheduling to get someone to actually come to my house. I told them I wanted to replace my 13 year old water heater because it was acting weird. I would know, I've owned the house for 18 years. He came, spend a short time, told me it was fine and left. 10 days later, no hot water. What a surprise. Did he think I don't know what I'm talking about because I'm a woman? Needless to say, I got someone else to come out and replace it.
These guys responded SO quickly and were SO helpful and friendly! I highly recommend. We tried basically every plumber in town, and sadly Schubert Plumbing was one of the last on the list - they should definitely be first! :)
Ken's crew installed a new hot water heat boiler in my home last year and seemed to do a fine job. A year later when I try to get them out to install some new radiators for the system and to service the boiler they installed they won't come out. I have tried for over a month to get them out to just do an estimate and after phone calls and emails to Ken no luck. It's disappointing to spend a lot of money and not get any service or later on.
