I have been going to this location since it opened. I enjoy being able to go in and rent movies! ! Jenna is the best and most helpful. She is always so welcoming and friendly with a great smile to offer. She has great knowledge of the most recently released movies and she knows exactly what type of movies intrest me. You cant get that kind of customer service from a redbox! Ryan is great too!
By the way you can rent a movie to try out your new stuff.
Love this place! Being able to talk to actual human beings with great movie recommendations is so much better than mindlessly staring at a box. Jena (an employee) is always so helpful and friendly, she has introduced me to what are now some of my favorite movies.
Clean, Fresh, Fun!! On a recent family ski trip we stayed in lovely downtown Durango and after long days of skiing and sledding we just wanted to hunker down and watch some fun family movies. Luckily, we came across Louisa's movie house (apparently a NEW location conveniently located by the grocery store). Coming from NYC I had not been into a movie rental store in what seems like ages and it was a total blast for ME and the kids to pick out a physical movie and read the descriptions - what a past time! My 7year old daughter was totally confused when I told her that there wasn't an 'online' way to watch movies before her time; she said the process of physically going to a movie house and picking out a title was 'fun'. Thank you LMH for a wonderfully fresh 'New/Old-school' experience.
The best electronic store I've been to. Unlike the big box stores they actually pay attention to your wants and needs. They have a knowledgeable staff that will make sure that you are getting what you want. Best part is they even come and install it all. You don't get that kind of service anywhere. Then you are at home and having an issue, just call Louisa's. Most issues can be fixed with a phone call. Lastly, the price thing! Sony is not any cheaper at any of the big box stores. That's right. Sony is a nationally priced product and the price is the same at every store.
The staff at Louisas are always very nice and I love having them downtown in Town Plaza now! The fact that they have an actual store and folks available to talk to about movies for me or to see what's safe for family viewing is great! I rarely find new movies at Redbox and I prefer not waiting for downloads because we have slow internet, so this is a great service! Thank yiu!
