The people are always nice, and the food is great. Especially love the pizookies!
I like Papa John's pizza but this particular store is extremely poorly run. If you call you will be placed on hold for at least 15 min even if they aren't busy. I literally had time to drive to the store before they answered. It's happened to me twice. When I complained they just shrugged and asked what I wanted. It's obvious they don't care about customer experience.
I love pizza. But I have to say, this place is absolutely pathetic and if I could give it 500 negative Stars I would. The staff has no clue as to what they're doing, they don't care, they screw around laugh and joke like it's a big party and make you wait for a pizza for more than an hour and then make excuses. Also, they don't honor the national Papa John's specials, the only honor their own little local specials. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves because they're giving Papa John's a really bad name. I will never order another pizza from this place ever again and neither should you.

It says they close at 11:00, I just called at 10:00 and they said “we’re closed brother”. Good luck.
