It seems ludicrous to me, that I could be the only one here who had a bad experience. Which leads me to believe these reviews were cohearsed. If I'm wrong, then I'd love to know why I'm the only one treated with less than good service. I called, I think a total of 7 times. (If not more) Once had a callback from who I think was an assistant.(it's almost impossible to get through their line,) and the other time it was Eleni. I had a voicemail from the male Attorney, but it had been weeks and weeks later. I had a pressing case (still do) and made it known on the voicemails how important it was that I got in. Not only were we referred by a "friend," but we'd been seen previously in person, so I thought that maybe that meant these two would be better at contacting me. I obviously was dead wrong. I know plenty of attorneys who have insane case loads, and they can still manage to make a phone call. Why would I drop thousands of dollars at a place that obviously doesn't value my business as a client. These people are most likely too busy for you, and I would never recommend them. I went onto Legal Shield, and now pay 20 dollars a month to have an attorney on retainer. They will fight me in court, write demand letters if necessary, talk me through the legalities, etc. WAY BETTER than this place. Do not waste your money here.
