If no stars was possible, that is what they would get. We have built/remodeled several homes and used Dahl in Denver and Scottsdale - both are outstanding dealers. The Durango store is absolutely terrible. The personal have a "who cares" attitude, do not know their product line, do not place orders timely, do not track orders, cannot advise when merchandise will arrive and do no investigation when items do not arrive. Do business with another Dahl store and pay for overnight shipping to Durango - you will be much happier.
