The manager Ashley was rude to my face about "getting in", and then double charged my credit card.... now a week and 4 phone calls later I am still trying to deal with their corporate headquarters to have my bank account refunded. This for a simple head shave that any 3 year old could do. This place is not recommended.... and I am a top guide in Durango.
My husband and I are full time RV'ers so I never get my hair cut the same place twice. In over four years of travel, this was by far the worst cut I have ever had. I asked for 1/2 inch to be trimmed from my short hair, and it ended being 1/2 inch long so I can not even hide my cowlicks. I asked for a scissor cut and I got razored! The supervisor did offer my a free product, but since I had no hair left to put it on I refused the Peace Offering. I guess I will be wearing hats for the next 3 mths. If you do go to this place, Do Not let them put your back to the mirror with scissors in their hands! Better yet, Just go somewhere else!
Worse hair cut ever received, Jennyfer was my stylist she needs to get a different career. My hair is messed up now and I'll have to go somewhere to fix it and spend more $$. Save your money go somewhere else not worth it.
I had a great experience with Crystal today, she did exactly what I wanted! There is no reason to go spend the money on a "salon" in Durango, These girls are good and do what you ask, I will continue to tell my friends...Thanks Crystal!!! I love the haircut!!!!
