Linda is simply the best. I bring in packages pretty regularly since I order a lot online/on Amazon, and she is always incredibly friendly and helpful every time I come in. So much so, I randomly mentioned her to my coworker, who echoed my sentiments - we've had incredibly positive experiences with shipping at this UPS store thanks to Linda's exceptional customer service and lovely demeanor. She really makes it easy and always assists me with selecting the right packaging for my needs, and getting my items where they need to go - on time and for the most reasonable cost. I have to imagine that any negative reviews are related to the policies of UPS as a larger umbrella company (which the employees of the UPS store are beholden to, whether they agree with them or not). I've probably been here 10 times, and the service has always been exceptional, even around the hectic holiday season! So grateful I can bypass the post office and come to Linda for stress-free shipping.
Parking is convenient and the business is always clean and tidy.
I went in to The UPS Store to have two keyboards packaged and shipped to myself in another state. I dealt with Linda, the manager of the store. When she was processing me, the price was quite high. She asked if I wouldn't mind allowing her to package the item and then I could pay afterward. I was happy to let her do that. She packaged both of the items in the same box and did such a great job - there were no issues with damage. I so appreciate that she cared enough to save me money. All items were received in great condition- I thanked her for keeping the price down and doing such a great packaging job. I will definitely use The UPS Store again when I have more items to ship. They are the best!
I've been to this location several times in the last few months and Linda Munch has always been courteous and I find she has a great sense of humor. She's helpful and efficient, gets my package labeled and before I know it, I'm on my way!
Linda was the greatest boss to work for. She has compassion for others and I have seen her on many occasions provide free items to people who can't afford it, military personnel or people who just need help. It always astonished me to see how people can behave. Then after yelling at you, they think you're going to do something for them. Linda has always asked people to leave nicely, when they are yelling at her. When they don't, she would call the police to get them to leave. If you don't want to use this business, it's your loss. The people at The UPS Store do their best to get your shipping costs down. They already have the lowest prices in town and their customer service is top notch. People should learn how to treat others before complaining that they didn't do what they wanted them to do. These negative comments are not warranted at all. Go in and see for yourself. Treat people with respect and you will be treated with respect. I no longer work at The UPS Store but would happily do so if I was still in the area. This store is awesome!! They care about their customers and getting your items to their destination safely.
I have worked at this specific UPS Store for over a year and I had to comment on these negative reviews. When I worked at this store, there would be countless customers who come in expecting things for free with a bad attitude. Sadly when I informed them that we are a retail store and that those things cost money they would then curse and swear no matter who was in the store (often other customers or even children).
I have never had any issue with anything I have shipped over years of shipping from this location. They always give me the range of alternative shipping methods and costs without being asked; they always pack items well - nothing they have packed for me has ever broken. Linda is one of the most helpful, cheerful, and friendly people I have ever met in any service industry. It always brightens my day to see her. I recommend the store unreservedly.
I also find them much more reasonable than the Post Office and FedX!
